		Committee Meeting held Monday Decr 23rd 1889

		Present Messrs Wilson (in the chair) Brooks, Clayton, Currier,
		Maxwell, Henderson, Jackson, Ramsay, Williams & Molyneux.

		Minutes of previous meeting read & confirmed.

		Accounts amounting to £61.4.9 passed for payment.

		Parry	It was resolved that he received £4 on loan & to be repaid
			out of his wages at the rate of 5/- per week

		Hoylake Charity match arrangements left in the hands of the Secs.

		Present to team It was resolved that the sum of £5.10.0 be given to
			   team in consequence of their victory over P. N. End.

		Ground	It was decided that Mr. Ramsay arrange with the
			Corporation to send men & carts to take refuse off the
			ground prior to Xmas matches being played.

		Battlefield match The Secretary reported that he had got
			the consent of this Club to play a scratch eleven on
			Jany 1st so as to enable the 1st team to play at
			Glasgow v. Celtic on that day.

202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
