		replayed Tie Burscough Rangers v Southport Park Villa
Morning of the 24th Catholic Schools Cup- Final Tie
		and for any day next week for the Semi Final Tie
		of the North of England Schools Athletic Association.

		The Secretary was instructed to inform the players that
		the Directors would do all in their power to find them
		employment during the close season and to ascertain
		what their desires were in this direction.

John Page	The Secretary read a letter from St. Mirren F. C. asking
		permission to play John Page in their Charity Ties early
		in May and consent was given subject to the payment
		by them of a transfer fee of £50 if they engaged him.

John		A loan of £10 was granted to John Maconnachie on
Maconnachie	the security of shares in the New Brighton Motor
		Coach Co. Ltd.

		Wareing's expenses of £1: 8: 6 were passed for
		payment.

		The use of the ground was granted for the Birkenhead
		Hospital Cup on April 29th.


Payment of
Wages to players The Secretary having mentioned this matter, he
from April 24	was instructed to obtain the opinion of the President
the end of the season of the League and report.

		The Payment of 7s/6d Medical account in respect of
		Parker, Kirsopp and Makepeace at Blackpool was
		passed.
