Contains minutes of general meetings, special meetings, annual general meetings, emergency meetings and sub-committee meetings. 23 Dec 1924 it was reported that some South African players were interested in playing for the Club. It was agreed to apply to the F.A. to check if this was in order. 17 Mar 1925 the Secretary reported that W. R. Dean (Dixie Dean) had been signed for 3,000. 16 Jun 1925 the Chairman reported that the new offside rule came into force next season. He called for as many training games as possible to acquaint players with it. 22 Dec 1925 the Secretary reported that the Club had been given notice to quit the Townsend Lane Ground by 1 Sep 1926. 5 Jan 1926 it was agreed to go ahead with building a new Bullens Road stand. 19 Jan 1926 the Secretary reported that the Club's offer for a new ground for the A Team in Strawberry Lane had been accepted. 30 Mar 1926 it was decided to proceed with work on the new stand. 18 May 1926 the Secretary reported that he had heard that S. Chedgzoy had gone to Canada. 22 Jun 1926 the Secretary reported that W. R. Dean had been severely injured in a motorcycle accident. It was agreed that in future players' contracts should forbid them from riding motorcycles. 2 Nov 1926 it was agreed to proceed with wiring for electric lighting in the Bullens Road stand. 28 Dec 1926 the signing of E. Critchley was confirmed. Minutes signed by William C. Cuff, W. J. Sawyer, Dr. James C. Baxter, Ernest Green. Letters giving notice of the A.G.M.s on 28 May 1925 and 3 Jun 1926 including balance sheet pasted before minutes of the meetings. Letters from Companies' Registration Office pasted in next to minutes of 11 Aug 1925 and 19 Jul 1926. List of tenders for new Bullens Road stand pasted in next to minutes of 30 Mar 1926. English and Central League results 1925-26 pasted on to inside back cover.
