Annual Meeting It was proposed & carried that the
Annual Meeting he held in the Law Association
{Tues. 28 May Rooms or Central Hall on Friday 15th June 1928
7.30} at 7.30 pm.
It was decided that the Auditors of
the Company.
(1) Take control of Admission to the Annual Meeting
& that they be authorised to obtain the necessary
Assistance.
(2) To despatch Notices of the meeting & copy of a/cs
to Shareholders.
Swiss Tour The Chairman gave a report of this Tour
& stated that everything had passed off very
well. We had won all the matches viz. v Bald
2-0 v Bern 5-0 v Zurich 1-0 & v Swiss XI-3-2.
On his proposition the a/cs as presented by the
Secy. for the Tour were approved & passed.
Annual Meetings It was agreed that the Chairman &
of League C. L. & F. A. Secy. attend these meetings on behalf of the
Club.
Fixtures The arranging of the fixtures with undated
clubs was left in hands of the deputation
& it was decided only to fix C. L. matches for
Wednesday with undated clubs after holiday
dates had been fixed.
Secretaries Assocn. Agreed that Chairman & Secy. attend the
Picnic & Dinner latter & Secy. the former.
Portsmouth F. C. Letter read stating that the balance of
fee re Irvine would be paid in July.
