Committee Meeting held Monday Dec. 21st 1891

Present		W. E. Barclay Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Jackson, Williams, Ramsay,
		Nisbet, Atkinson, Griffiths, Coates, Clayton, Howarth & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last Meeting read & confirmed.

Team	v	Glasgow Rangers, Aston Villa, Kilmarnock & Burnley.
		Williams, McLean, Howarth, Kelso, Holt, Robertson, Latta, Wyllie,
		Maxwell, Chadwick & Milward. Mr. Earp to play for McLean in
		League matches if fit & well.
Do 	v	Denton, Heanor Town, Gorton Villa & Stoke Swifts.
		Jardine, Chadwick, Collins, Kirkwood, Jones, Lochhead, Gordon,
		Murray, Pinnel, McMillan, Elliott with Smalley & Fairbrother
		as Reserves.

Fixtures	with Heanor Town for Dec. 28th confirmed £18 lump sum.

Prices of	Resolved that the charges to League Matches be as follows for
Admission	Large Covd. Stand (South) 1/-, Reserved Side 1/-, Small covered
		Stand (North) 1/6 & that no change be made except by the
		Committee & such change in prices to be advertised before such
		matches.
Prices to	Resolved that the charges to the Sunderland Match on Xmas Day
Sunderland Match  be Large Covd. Stand 1/6, Reserved side 1/6, Small Covd. Stand 2/6
		and the Secretary to notify same to the papers.

Committee to	Resolved that Mr. Ramsay be deputed for Xmas Day & Mr. Nisbet
Assist Treasurer on Boxing Day.

Com. to go	Resolved that Messrs Clayton & Currier go to B'ham as
to Villa Match	rep the Committee.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
