Marine F.C.		The Acting Secretary submitted the engrossment
		of the Counter part License by the Marine F.C. for the use of their
		enclosure at great Crosby, for execution, & he was author-
		ised by the Board to sign the document for & on behalf of the Company.

South African F.A.	Letter was read from Mr. Wheeler regarding travelling
		facilities for football teams.

L'pool County F.A.	The request of this Assocn. for the use of Goodison 
		Park on Easter Monday morning for the Challenge Cup tie was granted.

T. Johnson		A request for this player to referee a Charity
		match in Manchester was granted.

Natl. Institute		Secretary read letter from this Society asking
for the Blind	permission to take a collection. This was not entertained.

C. W. Gee &		The secretary was instructed to write Daily
Press Reports	Express, Daily Sketch & Sunday Chronicle deprecating
		the misstatements regarding this player & requesting them
		to deny the correctness of same.

Cunliffe		Mr. W. C. Cuff was given powers to negotiate
		for this player up to a maximum fee of £5,000.

Bestall			The Secretary was instructed to ascertain
		if Grimsby Town F.C. were prepared to part with this
		player & if so, the fee required.

Players on		Lists were read from Plymouth Argyle &
Transfer	Sheffield United F.C.'s but no action taken.

Players to Watch	Mr. E. Green to watch Griffiths (Stockport Cty.)
			Mr. J. Sharp	do    Fraser (Luton) with
		powers to secure his transfer, if satisfied, upto a 
		sum of £750.
			Mr. J. Fare to watch Turner (Blackburn Rovers).
