Reports re Players	Mr. E. Green gave a report of the negotiations
Napier & O'Donnell for the transfer of either of these players. The
(Celtic)	Celtic F.C. had at length stated they were not
prepared to part with them at present, although
he had made an offer of £3500 for the latter
subject to his being signed on in time for
the F.A. Cup tie on the 13th inst.
Mr. Green further reported that he had seen
them both play on the 30th ult. & 1st inst. The former
had played outside right & obviously was playing
under instructions at Falkirk. The latter had played
a good orthodox game at inside left, but did not
		shoot too much.

Blackman (Q.P.R.)	Mr. H. Hart reported that this player was an
opportunist & took up good positions. He was between
		21 & 22 yrs. of age.

Heale (Bristol City)	Mr. J. Elliott reported that this I. L. was a
very good football player, but did not do much
		shooting.

New Brighton F.C.	Mr. W. J. Sawyer attended personally & handed
over cheque for £250 in repayment of Loan.
At same time letter was received from the Chairman
of that club asking for another loan of £150.
It was agreed to grant this for a period up
to 30th Apl. next, and failing repayment than,
our Club to have the option of the transfer of
any one of their players, if we desired, up to an amount
		of £250.
