L'pool Cup S. F.	The Chairman's action in arranging to play
		this match on 28th inst. at Tranmere, was confirmed.

Lancs. Cup Final	Agreed that we should offer to play this
		match at Goodison Park on April 27th.

Mr. H. Banks &		Dr. C. S. Baxter reported the continued good
Mr. T. H. McIntosh news of Mr. Banks condition and the less favorable
		state of Mr. McIntosh's health.

Report re Players	Mr. H. Hart stated that this player had
Mills (Aberdeen) played very well in the 1st half; good shooter & of the
		go-ahead type, but had done nothing later. He rec-
		ommended Armstrong (C. F.) of this Club, who was speedy
		& a good footballer.

Alsop (Walsall)		Mr. J. Fare stated that this player was
		not good enough & that his age was against him.

Middleton (Darlington)	Mr. W. Laine reported that this I. L. was
		not so good as Sanders of Sunderland.

Mutch (M/c Utd.)	Letter read from Mr. Joan Sharpe
		regarding this player.

Dodds & Pickering (S'field Utd.) Mr. W. C. Cuff reported his interview
		with Sheffield representative regarding these players.
