W. E. Players		Mr. W. Laines reports were read regarding
		the C. F's. Stirling (Stockton) & Sherington (South Bank
		St. Peter's).

Sutherland (E. Fife)	Mr. D. McLean's letter read re this
		promising right half. His price was £1250, & it was
		decided to keep him in mind.

Hughes (Derby C.)	This player (O. R.) being quoted at £750,
		it was decided that Asst. Secy. proceed to Derby & make
		some enquiries.

Ormandy (Bradford C.)	Reported that this players price would
		be between £2,000 & £3,000. No action taken.

Smith (Bury)		The improbability of this player signing
		for us was reported.

Jones (Wrexham) 	Asst. Secy. stated that this Club
		had not yet come to any decision anent this C. H.

Scottish Players	Decided that Mr. W. C. Cuff proceed
		to Scotland when convenient, & make full enquiries
		re the possible transfer of Mills, Aberdeen, Walker,
		Hearts, & Miller (Partick).

F. L. Fixtures		Alteration of match v Preston W. E.
		(a) from Sept. 16th to 18th was confirmed.

Players Transferred	Mr. W. C. Cuff reported on the financial
		difficulties of J. Dunn, who had been transferred to
		Exeter City for £350, but no action was taken.
		Asst. Secy. reported transfer of H. S. Griffiths to
		Port Vale F. C. for £100. Decided to apply to F. L.
		for permission to pay £100 accrued share of benefit to latter.

Sandham, I.		The signing on of this player at 30/-
		weekly was confirmed.
