Includes minutes of general meetings, annual general meetings, special meetings, emergency meetings. 23 Apr 1935 the French tour was cancelled. 30 Apr 1935 it was agreed to tour Switzerland. 1 May 1935 it was agreed to appoint R. Cochran as representative of the Club in Scotland. 2 May 1925 T. White and W. Cook were suspended for their behaviour on 27 Apr. It was agreed that all the players should by addressed by W. C. Cuff. 23 Apr 1935 it was agreed to go ahead with works on the Goodison Road stand. 7 Aug 1935 it was agreed that Mecca Cafes Ltd. have a contract for supplying food and alcohol at Goodison Park. Barker and Dobson were to supply chocolates and sweetmeats. 5 Nov 1935 it was reported that T. McIntosh, the Secretary, had died. 19 Nov 1935 it was agreed to deposit a cheque for 650 for the benefit of T. McIntosh's wife and children. 25 Feb 1936 T. Kelly was appointed Secretary to the Club. 16 Mar 1936 it was reported that T. G. Jones had been signed from Wrexham. 14 Apr 1936 it was agreed to go on a German tour. 6 Oct 1936 it was agreed to go ahead with demolition of the Gwladys Street properties. 9 Nov 1936 W. H. McConnell was offered the exclusive privilege of selling refreshments excepting sweets at Goodison Park. 31 Dec 1936 it was decided to accept Burnley's offer of T. Lawton for a transfer fee of 6,500. 26 Jan 1937 A. Leitch, architect, submitted his plans for the double-decker Gwladys Street stand which were approved. 9 Feb 1937 it was agreed to go on a Danish tour. 27 Apr 1937 H.
