that he would play in our Central League team

Boothway Secy. reported that this player had been
transferred to Crewe for £300 to end of 1945-6 Season,
Manchester City having power to regain his services
within that period. Both Clubs to share the excess
over £300 of any transfer fee obtained by Crewe meantime.

fee required for this player.
