[Meeting of Directors held at 26 North John Street
March 5th 1903.]
Present		Dr. Baxter (Chair) Messrs Bainbridge, Davies,
		Kirkwood, Mahon	and Whitford.
		Messrs Coates & Kelly at Blackpool.

Reports		Dr. Whitford reported that upon examining
		Wolstenholme, he found that that player would
		not be fit for Saturday; that Whitley was
		fully recovered.

v Millwall 	Whitley, Henderson, Balmer, Clark, Booth,
		Abbott, Sharp, Taylor, Young, Settle, Bell,
		Reserves Kitchen, Crelly & Makepeace.
		If Young is unfit Settle to play centre &
		Makepeace inside left.

Oswaldtwistle	Joyce, Balmer, Wildman, Clayton, Russell,
		Chadwick, Rankin, Crauston, Bowman, Sheridan,
		McEwan, Boardman, reserve for Crauston.

Directors on gate Messrs Davies & Kelly

		Resolved that the team return on Saturday
		midnight or Sunday afternoon. Bell &
		Henderson to be allowed to remain until
		Monday evening.

Minutes		of last two meetings were read & confirmed.

L. pool Shield	An application for use of ground for
		final ties on March 18th was granted
		to the L.pool College.

Balmer &	This matter was ordered to be put
Wolstenholme	on agenda for the next meeting.
		The Secretary reported his interview with
		Messrs Clegg & Wall on the matter.

Next Meeting	Mr. Turner's Report on 2nd team read
a/c's		The Secretary having read a letter from
		Manchester United objecting to bear any
		portion of expenses of alterations for Cup tie.
