Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed. Mr. Turner Resolved that an honorarium of ten pounds for his services with the Combination team. Hardman The Secretary reported the receipt of H. P. Hardman's league transfer from Blackpool. Ashworth The Secretary reported receipt of an application from this player for position in team as he intended coming to Liverpool & it was resolved that his offer be accepted. Mr. Clayton reported the ending of the Commission into the Blackburn Everton Match. The Secretary was instructed to pay the Midland Railway Co. 20/-. The Secretary reported meeting of the Lanc Combination tomorrow at Blackburn to consider the advisability of forming two divisions & it was decided not to be represented. L'pool & Dist. Resolved that Mr. H. wright be nominated F. A. as our representative. Police As. Resolved that the offer of £50 for the use of our ground for the Sports on July 4th be accepted. The Secretary read letter from Highland Gathering that the charge £60 would be paid immediately after that event. Elliott The Secretary having read letters from Elliott & it being reported that Edinboro Hibs would transfer Callagan resolved that Secretary write Hibs & instruct Elliott to see.
