[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
June 16th 1903.]
Present Dr. Baxter(in the chair) Messrs Bainbridge,
Clayton, Coates, Davies, Kelly, Kirkwood,
Whitford and Wright.
Minutes The Minutes of the last two meetings of
Directors, Finance meeting and of the
Annual meeting of Shareholders were read
and confirmed.
Chairman Resolved that Dr J C Baxter be elected
Chairman for the ensuing year.
Vice do Resolved that Mr. Jno. Davies be elected
Vice chairman for the ensuing year.
Committees Resolved that the following gentlemen
be elected to the sub committees as follows:-
Finance Messrs. Clayton, Coates, Mahon,
Whitford and Wright - Three to form a
quorum.
Ground Messrs. Bainbridge, Coates,
Davies, Kelly and Kirkwood.
Advertising Dr. Baxter, Mr. Clayton, Mr. Coates,
and Dr. Whitford.
Fixtures Messrs. Bainbridge, Clayton,
Davies, Mahon and Wright.
Stores Messrs Bainbridge, Kelly, Kirkwood,
and Whitford.
Three to form a quorum.
Day and hour Resolved that the meetings of the Board
of meeting be held at Goodison Park on Tuesday
in each week at 6.45 p.m. prompt.
