Chair Messrs Baxter Davies Kelly Kirkwood Wade Whitford Wilson Minutes The minutes of the last meeting and of the Finance Meeting were read & confirmed. Reports The Trainers made their reports. The Doctor's report was read. The Reports from Tranmere Rovers were read. The League & Lanc. Cup games were reported. Checkogram The Secretary reported that he had subject to the approval of the board consented to the words struck out by him in clause 7 of the draft agreement being retained & this was confirmed. He also reported that in several instances the Checkogram apparatus did not agree with the turnstile registers on Saturday last & that in gate 18 the register itself had not worked satisfactorily & he was instructed to bring the matter before the notice of the Checkogram Co. Ltd.
