Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. Checkogram The Secretary reported that the spectators at the Newcastle game had damaged the apparatus. Smoker The Secretary read Newton & Finlay's tenders for framing the large photo & the formers @ 16/6 was accepted. He was also instructed to ascertain the charge for framing the directors copies. The Secretary mentioned the names of the artistes engaged & their fees which were approved. Rafferty The Secretary reported that Rafferty would arrive on Saturday. Taylor Messrs Baxter, Whitford & the Secretary were instructed to attend the hearing
