		The Secretary reported the receipt of an
		offer by the Stafford Corporation of the
		free use of the Brine Baths & he was
		instructed to suitably acknowledge
		same.

Final		The Secretary read letter from F. J. wall
		re the Similarity of colours of Sheffield
		Wednesday & ourselves & he was instructed
		to reply that no confusion would be
		likely to arise.

		The Secretary reported that the Catholic
		Schools Final would take place on the
		25th inst. & the Cotton & Corn match on the
		15th inst.

		The Secretary's action in advancing F. Rouse
		twenty pounds was confirmed.

		An application (renewed) by the Thursday
		Amateur Cup Competition for the use of
		the ground was considered & granted
		for the 18th inst.

Consols		The Secretary reported the receipt of
Dividend	£30.15.3 being the dividend (less tax of
		£1.12.4) on £5180.19.1 Consol 2½ % stock.
