Press Resolved that the Press be admitted. Balance Mr. B. Kelly proposed. Sheet Mr. Wade seconded. Resolved that the Balance sheet be taken as read. Auditors The Secretary read the Auditors report report to the Shareholders. Chairman’s The Secretary read the Chairman's Report report & the Chairman's moved. Dr. Whitford seconded. And after several queries had been answered it was unanimously resolved That the Report Balance Sheet & Statement of a/cs be approved and passed. Dividend Dr. Baxter proposed. Mr. Clayton seconded. And it was resolved that a dividend of 5% on paid up capital be declared. Election The following gentlemen were of Directors appointed to scrutinize the counting of the Scrutineers votes by the Auditor &c. his staff
