Minutes The minutes of the last Meeting & of the
Annual General Meeting were read
& confirmed.
St. Helens The Secretary was instructed to offer
Town re Woods. St. Helens Town a donation of £10.
Cooke The Secretary reported that Cooke had
signed for £1 per week with a ferry
contract.
Winterhalder The deputation to London were empowered
to go to £375 for Winterhalder.
At this point the Chairman vacated the
chair his place being taken by Mr. E. A.
Bainbridge.
Election of Mr. Geo. Mahon was unanimously
Chairman elected chairman.
