Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were
read & confirmed.
The Auditor being in attendance to explain
the a/cs for the Season it was resolved
that the Board constitute themselves
a Finance Committee whereupon
the Secretary presented vouchers for
payments made since the last Finance
meeting amounting to £392.16.0 & the same
having been examined the payments were
approved.
The Secretary presented Banker's certificate
showing that at April 30th the Balance to
the credit of the Co. was £2734.9.1.
