Gregory & Messrs Wilson & Coates reported their Walters visit to Worksop & stated that on the form exhibited, we had better players here. Resolved that we do nothing for the present. Blackburn This outside left of Denaby United was reported to be playing very well. Wheelhouse The Secretary read Garner's report that Carter Wheelhouse promised to make a first class back but that Carter (Carlisle) was just ordinary. It was arranged to see Carter play here on Saturday & to have Wheelhouse watched in their next cup tie, with the Crystal Palace at Grimsby.
