Press Resolved that the press be admitted. Balance Sheet W. Kelly proposed Auditor's Wade seconded report That the statement of a/cs & Balance Sheet be taken as read. The Secretary read the Auditors report to the Shareholders. Chairman's The Chairman read the Director's report report and moved Dr. Whitford seconded and after a number of queries had been put and answered. It was unanimously resolved that the report Balance Sheet and statement of a/cs be approved & passed. Dividend Mr. Wilson proposed Mr. Clayton seconded and it was resolved. That a dividend of 5% on paid up capital be declared.
