Buck		The Secretary reported that Buck had
		signed Amateur League & Combination
		forms for us.

Alterations	Mr. Kelly reported that on his visit to the
		City Building Surveyor, he had found that
		the plans showed two sets of Stair-rails
		& the partitions, the Secretary reported
		that the Architect admitted that although
		that was so they were not in the quantities
		& it was resolved that a letter be sent
		to the Surveyor that we did not think
		either addition was essential but that 
		we were watching the matter very closely
		& that on the slightest proof of their being
		required we would be most willing to
		at once put them in.

Reports		The Doctor's report was read.
		The trainers made their reports.
Mason		The engagement of Mason of Whitchurch
		at £100 & a further £100 if he is reengaged
		for season 1908/9 & £2 10/- salary per week
		was confirmed & the Secretary instructed
		to send an open cheque for £100 as requested.
