Contains minutes of general meetings, annual general meetings, emergency meetings. 9 Dec 1908 it was reported that Lancashire F.A. had decided to fine Everton 100 and retain the Club's share of the gate money for playing an under strength side against Liverpool. 14 Jan 1909 it was agreed to proceed with the alterations to the west side of Goodison Park including a double decker stand. 17 Feb 1909 the committee stated in reply to a letter from Lancashire FA that they believed no further legislation regarding the transfer of professional players was necessary. 17 Mar 1909 the Secretary reported that Frederick J. Wall, Secretary of the F.A., had invited the Club to play in Argentina. It was reported that the Club's appeal against the fine imposed by Lancashire FA would take place in London on 2 Apr. 19 Mar 1909 it was agreed to go ahead with the tour to Argentina. Mar-Jul 1909 various reports on the Argentine tour are recorded. 2 Jun 1909 it was agreed to buy a George Mahon challenge cup. 29 Jul 1909 designs for the Club's name plate were submitted. 30 Aug 1909 it was reported that the majority of the players had joined the Association Football Players' Union. 1 Sep 1909 it was agreed that the suspended players, i.e. those in the A.F.P.U. could play.
