The Secretary reported that Preston had asked our acceptance of the payment of transfer fees as one half down and the balance in 3 months: resolved that we accept these terms provided interest at 4% per annum be paid on such balance. Colne Resolved that Colne be asked to play here on the 16th prox. Assessment The Secretary submitted the amended assessment attached hereto & reported that the increased assessment £274 would not operate (except as to 1/12 thereof) until next year. Approved.
