[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park

Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Ground for A The Secretary reported the receipt of fresh
Team agreement giving us the use of the trams
football ground on holidays in addition
to Saturdays & the agreement was accepted.
Alterations Mr. Leitch's a/c for Moulding Boxes
made off the premises (£177.4.8) and for
materials supplied in connection with
the concrete work (£184.13.6) making a
total of £361.18.2, also his statement
& list of machinery tools &c. brought by
him & if the stated value of £558.5.7
was considered. Mr. Leitch attended
and, in reply to queries, stated that
he would at the completion of the work
charge a hiring fee upon the implements
&c. supplied by him, that he would
do what he could to satisfactorily
dispose of the moulding boxes &c. on our a/c
& that all implements made for or brought
