277 [Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park October 19 1909] Present Full Board. Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. D. Taylor The Secretary read communications from Rangers & Motherwell to the effect that they would not negotiate for the transfer of Taylor to us. Opening Resolved that no formal opening of Stand of the new stand be arranged. Insurance The insurance of the Buildings &c. as of Buildings per the annexed covering note for £20000 at a premium of £25 with the L'pool London & Globe Insurance Co. was confirmed. Billiard Room The Architect recommended that as for players it was not proposed to proceed with the players Billiard room. The floor thereof - forming the ceiling of the dressing rooms be raised, resolved that those directors who could do so, should attend tomorrow at 9 am. & decide. Bovril Ltd. Messrs Bovril Limited having requested that the term of their tenancy be extended to April 30th 1913 the same was agreed to.
