Alterations Mr. Leitch's a/c made up to August 31
showing a balance of £611.4.8½ due to
him was submitted and it was
resolved that a cheque for this amount
be paid to him and that he be
requested to send vouchers for all
payments made by him so that
his a/cs may be checked by the
Auditors to the Co.
The Secretary was instructed to hand
over to the Auditors all Mr. Leitch's a/cs
& vouchers so soon as received.
