B.W.P.H.	The British Workman P.H. Co. (Mr. Peskett)

		positions on the ground for 3 or 5 seasons
		at £20 per season provided we excavated
		those positions necessary or floored such
		other positions.
		Resolved that we agree to floor certain
		spaces on the upper deck and excavate
		on the lower deck & to grant them
		similar facilities as to Bovril.

		instructed to go to Colchester & from
		thence to Newcastle with full powers
		re Gordon & Allen.
