202 [Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park October 11th 1910] Present All directors except Dr. Baxter. Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. D. Thomson The Secretary read letters from (a) Port Glasgow F.C. which crossed his letter of the 5th inst. (b) The Scottish League asking that if we had not as yet paid Port Glasgow any fee hereon not to do so mean- time. The Secretary was instructed to send the Scottish League a copy of his letter to the club of the 5th inst. Reports Dr. Whitford reported the English v Irish League match. Macaulay That on Saturday's form he could not recommend Macaulay but that he should be again seen play. That his club had promised to give us the first refusal. The Secretary was instructed to write the club thanking them. Nelson The Secretary reported his arrangements for Nelson to visit us on Saturday in lieu of April 29.
