EVERTON BLUES!

by BOBBLE HATT

The football rattle and rosette where standard accutriments along with as many badges and scarffs to set yourself up for cheering the team on .Like battle colours to emphasise your unwavering support even if things were not as they should be! My dad and his brother were on the black taxi's and held both Everton and that red team season tickets! Alternating between each to see the games each weekend! My first memory of seeing Everton was in the stand at some game i can bearley remember but the noise the adrenalin when the team kicked off.The horrible cafe with stale cheese buns and sickly tea made a big impression first game in the 1960's.
