		for professional Players.
		Resolved to hold Annual General Meeting in the
		first week after the close of the season.
		Secretary empowered to attend meeting at B'ham
		tomorrow & sign agreement to be one of a		
		League of 9 prominent clubs to play
		together & stand by one another
		with respect to said fixtures etc.
		Granted use of ground to Mr. F. Brettell
		for evening of 1 May (weather permitting).
		Resolved that Mr. Ramsay (also) attend League
		meeting at Birmingham.
