		Ties of Liverpool Senior Cup and he and Mr. Wright
		were appointed a deputation from this Club to settle the
		matter on behalf of our Club.

		The Secretary reported the case of a Mr. J. Brown a
		Shareholder holding 3 shares in the Everton Club but
		he had been deceased for some years and intestate. That
		Mr. Nicholls of 30 Hunter Street Liverpool, with whom the
		deceased had been a permanent lodger, claimed to be
		the only creditor on his estate, that such estate consisted
		solely of the before mentioned 3 shares, that Mr. Nicholls
		desired a transfer of such shares to himself or to be
		registered as the Shareholder of same in the place of
		J. Brown deceased, and it was resolved that on Mr.
		Nicholls giving an indemnity to the Company, that the
		said shares be transferred to his name.

		An application by Denton F.C. for financial assistance
		was declined.

		The following accounts were passed for payment:-

		The Secretary reported that several nominations of Mr. John
		George Davies as a Candidate for election at the forthcoming
		Annual Meeting had been received and that the same
		were in order.

		The Directors considered the indebtedness to the Company
		of the following Clubs:- Arsenal F.C. £450, Cardiff City
		F.C. £300, St. Mirren F.C. £35, Stockport County F.C. £25,
		Football Association in respect of our share of the Semi
		Final gate receipts and it was considered that the amounts
