		the profits were shown to be £30.19.10.

		The receipt of £103.15.2 being 50% of our
		Contributions to the League Charity Fund
		was reported.
		The Annual Meeting of the League was
		fixed for July 15th at Manchester.

		Letter of thanks acknowledging the receipt
		of £31.5.0 from the National Federation of
		Discharged & Demobilised Soldiers & Sailors
		Fund was read.

		Dr. Baxter was recommended as Divisional
		Representative to the F.C. and Messrs
		H. Keys (Vice-President) Hall Oliver &
		Rinder to the Management Committee of
		the League.

		The payment of 19/8 to Mr. W. E. Moore Treasurer
		of the Aintree Ladies F.C. balance of his expenses
		re match April 1st was passed.
