Goodison Rd. &c.	The Chairman reported that the Solicitors
Property	were now ready to complete the purchase of the
		Goodison Road & Avenue property & required the
		sum of £10,100 to complete the matter.
			Ordered that Cheque for £10,100 be
		drawn and signed.

Reports			Reports were given of the matches played
		on Saturday, Viz.:- v Oldham Reserve (1-2) &
		Ormskirk & Dist League (3-1).
			Mr. Halsall reported his visit to Burscough,
		& was favorably impressed with Barlow, Pedder & Jenkinson.
			Mr. Coffey stated that the left half back
		Porter, whom he saw at St. Helens was very slow,
		but he commented appreciatively re the right full back.
			Mr. Francis reported his visit to Manchester
		to the Inter League Match (North Eastern v Central Leagues)
		result 2-0, Gault our player being injured.
			J. Craig's report re players was read, &
		the Secretary was requested to make further
		investigation into same.

Hightown F. C.		The Hightown Club not being able to play
		the A team on Saturday next, it was decided
		to arrange fixture with the North Engineers F. C.

W. Berwick		Wm. Berwick having written offering to
		terminate his engagement on receipts of £20.
			Resolved that his offer be accepted, & that
		the officials pay him the said amount.

Gavin of		Referring to the minutes of last meeting re
Cliftonville 	Gavin of Cliftonville Club, it was reported that
		Messrs Coffey & Green did not proceed to Belfast, as
		this played had been transferred to Blackpool.

S. Spruce  )		The application of S. Spruce, half back of
Bury F. C. )	Bury F. C. for an engagement, was declined.

Tranmere		Resolved that Tranmere Rovers F. C. be asked
Rovers Fixture 	to consent to the Central League return fixture being arranged
		for Wednesday 24th March 1920.
