Reports re Players	Mr. D. Kirkwood gave a very good report
Edmed & Marshall of the former & a better report than last of
		the latter. Decided that Messrs Fare & Kirkwood
		watch then again tomorrow & if report
		was satisfactory Messrs The Chairman & Mr. Coffey
		see them again on Saturday, the matter to be
		discussed on journey to London.

Proctor (Jarrow)	Mr. W. Laine reported that he did not
Robinson (D'ton) now consider the former up to standard for
		us yet & the latter not good enough.
		
Coglin (S'land)		Mr. F. Ward reported favorably on
Temple (Preston C.) these two players.

F. A. Canadian}		Circular read asking us to nominate
	Tour  } players for this Town. Kennedy & Kendall
		were suggested but it was decided to leave
		the matter over for another week.

J. H. Williams		This player having applied for his 
		release same was granted.

Next Meeting		At Exchange Station Hotel on Tuesday
		next at 6.30 p.m. Tea at 6 pm.

Proposed New }		Mr. Leitch attended and after discussing
	Stand}	various matters relating to the erection, it
		was resolved that Mr. Leitch prepare & present
		the plans for approval by the Corporation
		and afterwards obtain tenders for the work
		& submit same to the Board as early as possible.
		The decision re the erection of the Stand to be deferred
		until after receipt of tenders.
