[Special General meeting of members of the E F C held Tuesday
Sep 15th 1891 in the Lecture Hall Everton Road W E Barclay Esq.
		in the chair]

		The chairman explained the object of the meeting & called upon
		Mr. Houlding to make a statement which he did reading letters
		from Mr. Orrel's solicitors & explaining by Plan the whole of
		the land etc. after which he read a Prospectus prepared in
		view of making it a Company.

		After many questions being asked Mr. Barclay
		moved & Mr. Howarth seconded a resolution "that the
		scheme as explained be adopted" to which an amendment
		was moved by Mr. G. Mahon & seconded by Mr. Montgomery
		"that the Scheme proposed be not entertained & that the
		Committee have authority from this meeting to negotiate
		with Mr. Houlding as to the renting of such further land as may
		be require: subject to Mr. Houlding making the necessary
		arrangements with Mr. Orrel" - The amendment was carried.

		Proposed by Mr. Barclay & seconded by Mr. Mahon "That in the
		event of the Committee finding the difficulties too great for them
		to cope with; that another meeting be called within a month" - carried.

		The meeting closed with a vote of thanks to the Chairman.

18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
