[Special General Meeting of the members of the E. F. Club
		held on Tuesday March 15th 1892 in the Presbyterian School
		room Royal Street - G. Mahon Esq. in the chair.]

Minutes	of last General Meeting read & confirmed.

		The Chairman then gave a very full & detailed statement
		of the affairs of the Club, financially & otherwise, besides
		reporting what had been done by the Committee since
		the last Meeting of the Members in the College Hall after
		which several questions were asked and answered.

		Mr. Howarth proposed and Mr. Jeffers seconded that
		(Clause 4 in requisition 2) we rescind the resolutions
		passed at the last General Meeting, authorising the removal of
		the Club to Goodison Road Site, and empowering the Com.
		to form the Club into a Limited Liability Co. with a capital
		of £500 - The motion defeated by large majority.

		The Chairman then asked the members if they wished Clause 5
		to be dealt with and as there was no reply it was withdrawn.

		Mr. Clayton moved & Mr. Swann seconded
		that (Clause 1 in requisition 1) Messrs John Houlding, A. Nisbet
		and T. C. Howarth having lost the confidence of the members
		of the Club, be respectively removed from the Presidency and
		Committee - Carried by large majority.

		Clause 2 in requisition 1 was proposed by Mr. Clayton & seconded
		by Mr. Fisher but was subsequently withdrawn.

		A vote of thanks to the Chairman for presiding closed the
		proceedings

EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
