Davies & Trainer Cooke report Bryan unfit & Cresswell & Rigby doubtful. Dr T P McMurray reported that Bryan was now suffering from a loose external cartilage which should be removed. It was decided to have the operation carried out and at same time Dr Davies to ask Dr McMurray if there was any possibility of the ligaments being tightened up.
