Reports re Players	Messrs E Green & J Sharp gave a very good
Geldard (Bradford) report of this player & strongly recommended that
		his transfer be negotiated for and it was left
		to Chairman & Secy to carry same out up to £4000
		which was fee they were asking.

Tunbridge Wells)	Mr J H Ford gave a very good report of Hill (CH),
Players        ) Brennan (IR), also a fairly good report of Sharp (LH)

Nelson (P.N.E.)		Mr J Fare reported that this CH had played
		splendidly v Sheff Wed Res, very good as a defender
		& best half back on field.

Turner (Stalybridge)	Mr T. Kelly reported that the former was a

Burke (Prescot)	very promising C.H.B. about 22 yrs old, but the
		latter had played poorly.

Wellington Players	Mr H Hart reported that Jackson (RH) had been
		injured at work & did not play, but Rigby IL.
		(abt 5' 6" or 7" & Well built) had played very well.

Gordon (Rochdale)	Mr T Fleetwood reported that this player
		had not done too well v Stockport.

Williams (Costains)	Mr J Elliott gave good reports of both these
  do (Linacre Gasworks)	centre forwards.

N.E. Players		Mr W Laine reported favorably of Harrison
		(RH) of Spennymoor & Harvey (OR) of Chopwell - but
		it was pointed out that were both ex League players.

Arrangements		It was decided to travel to Harrogate on
