		Present:- Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors with the
			exception of Mr. H. Banks.

		were read & confirmed.

Finance			Following receipts were reported:-

Messrs Banks &		Dr. C. S. Baxter reported on the
McIntosh	present condition of these gentlemen.

Reports of Matches	Reports were given of the matches:- v L'pool 0-6,
		v Portsmouth 0-2, v Derby Res. 4-1, v L'pool Res. 5-0 & v Earlestown B. 3-2.

Dr. Trainer's Report	Mr. T. P. McMurray's report on Dean was read.

		Dr. W. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke reported Dean, Cook, Coulter, Stein,
		Williams, White & Stevenson unfit.

Teams		v Portsmouth (h) 11th inst. & v Bolton (a) 14th inst.
