			Liverpool, Tuesday, March 7, 1944]

		Present:- Mr. W. C. Gibbins (Chair) & all Directors except
			Capt. T. Percy, & Secy.

			Minutes of Meeting of Feby 29th were
		read & confirmed.

Finance			Bank Balance £18958.15.11 Dr.

Players Benefits	It was agreed to add Burnetts'
		name to the application to the Football League.

Blackpool F. C.		Secy. reported the situation at this
		Club's ground, where a large number of
		complimentary tickets were in use, the matter
		being beyond the control of the Officials of the
		Football Club & it was decided that he inform
		the F. L. of the facts, sending also a copy of the
		programme.

W. Lowe			It was reported that Mr. Diggle had reset
		this player's leg in plaster & he would remain in this
		for a further 7 weeks.

Chorley F. C.		Letter read from this Club, requesting
		Bentham's services on April 5. This was granted.

Lancs. Cup		It was noted that we would
		play Chester F. C. in the 1st Round on March
		18th & 25th, the venues being dependant upon L'pool's
		fixtures in the War Cup.

Junior Grounds		Mr. Gibbins reported that some land
		could be obtained cheaply in Skelmersdale. It was
		agreed that the site be viewed & meantime, Secy.
		was instructed to enquire into the various
		aspects regarding the use of the South
		Liverpool ground.
