		that the wishes of the Board, in accordance
		with the above Resolutions, were not carried
		out at the Annual General Meeting, it was
		resolved, that, the law permitting, a scrutiny
 		of the Ballot papers take place; & that a
		Sub-Committee consisting of the Chairman & one other
		Director be appointed to carry out this scrutiny,
		and report their findings at the next Meeting
		of the Board or the earliest meeting possible.
			Messrs W. C. Cuff, G. Evans & T. Percy,
		recorded their votes against this resolution.
			Messrs W. C. Cuff & F. W. Lake were
		proposed to fill the vacancy on this Sub-
		Committee, but on Mr. Cuff withdrawing his
		name, Mr. Lake was selected.

W. A. Fielding		Sec'y reported a stalemate in
		his efforts so far to obtain this players signature.

T. Lawton		It was reported that this player
		was unlikely to play for some time, & that the
		efforts possible housing accommodation offered
		to him had not been accepted.

Reports of Players	Good reports were given of Fielding
		& Johnson (Clyde) by those present at Glasgow on
		the 15th inst.

3rd Lanark v Queen	Messrs E. Green & R. E. Searle did
o't'South	not particularly fancy Kelly, 24 year old
		full back of 3rd Lanark, but were more
		impressed by the Right Back & Outside Right
		of Queen of the South.

R. Parker		The action of the above two Directors
		in making a VJ celebration gift of £5 to this
		former player, was confirmed.
