240 E. Green, C. S. Baxter & T. Percy were the retiring Directors, all eligible & seeking re-election & that nominations had been received for Messrs C. E. Balmforth, T. C. Nuttall & J. C. Sharp. Each of the Candidates addressed the Meeting, followed by Messrs A. N. Denaro, P. Ney, J. Hemphill, J. W. Livesley, W. J. M. Clark, F. Micklesfield, W. C. Cuff, F. W. Lake, G. Evans, V. G. Winfield, W. Barton (?), R. E. Searle & J. A. Davies, in that order. Messrs H. H. Barker, J. A. Davies, A. Lomax & P. Ney were appointed as scrutineers & the Voting was then taken. Whilst counting took place, the Sec'y detailed the personnel available & the prospects in all directions, for the new Season. The result of the Election was declared:- E. Green 1375, C. S. Baxter 1358, J. C. Sharp 1296, T. C. Nuttall 924, T. Percy 902 & C. E. Balmforth 885. Chairman reported Messrs Green, Baxter & Sharp duly elected for 3 years. Vote of Thanks Mr. Geo. H.
