		Present:- Messrs W. C. Gibbins (Chair), E. Green, C. S. Baxter M. D.,
			W. R. Williams, R. E. Searle C. C., F. W. Lake,
			J. C. Sharp & Sec'y.

			Minutes of Meeting of May 20, were
		read & confirmed.

Nominations for		It was reported that nominations
Directorate 10	on behalf of Messrs T. C. Mittall & T. Percy
		had been withdrawn.

A. G. M. Proposals	These were considered & dealt with
	     12	as formerly.

Sub-Committee's Report	This was read & adopted.(Copy
	     13	attached.

Reports re players	Messrs Green, Williams, Searle & Lake
		reported well of Gilbert, Shamrock Rovers, & Mr. Green
		particularly of R. Dougan, L. H. Shawfield.
			Sec'y stated that he fancied Pryde
		(I. L.) Bo'ness & Foley (O. L.) 44th F. C. A. Eire.
		
Gillingham players	Mr. E. Green & Sec'y reported their
		views on these players & it was noted that a request
		had been made for prices for Boswell (R. H), Briggs
		(I. L.) & Marks (R. B.).

			Letter was read from the Club that
		they were not prepared to part with these players at
		the moment, but that we would be given the first chance
		when the men were not would by their Club.

Lello (Shrewsbury)	Mr. W. R. Williams gave a further good
		report of this forward.

Leyfield (Wrexham)	Mr. F. W. Lake reported very favourably of
		this R. H. who was 6' & 12 to 13 stone. Aged 22,
		his only fault was his lack of speed.
