[FINANCE COMMITTE MEETING HELD AT GOODISON PARK MONDAY, 28TH APRIL 1957] Present:- J. C. Sharp (Chair) and Mr. C. E. Balmforth, together with the Secretary. THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE:- Mr. J. P. Heron That Mr. Heron be paid a retaining fee of 100 guineas per annum for his services as the club Specialist. If the services rendered exceed this amount the balance to be chargable to the club. Garages A request for garage by T. E. Jones of 73 Wallace Drive, was considered. It was recommended that he be permitted to use the garage of 75 Wallace Drive after the house is vacated by E. Moore, until such time as a new tenant needs garage accommodation. In such an event alternative accommodation be provided for T. E. Jones. A request for a garage from D. Donovan was considered and it was agreed to recommend that the Maintenance Committee enquire into the possibility of providing a prefabricated garage which will satisfy his requirements.
