signed from Wolverhampton Wanderers at a fee

for him at Maghull and it was agreed that this
be bought for up to £2,650.0.0, subject to
satisfactory survey report.
PROPERTY It was reported that the house for
57 Vernon had been purchased for £2,600.0.0.
SHAREHOLDERS A letter was read from the Shareholders
ASSN. Assn. maintaining that the Director had acted
"Ultra Vires" in moving the position of the
Shareholders Stand, and asking for re-consideration.
The Board could not agree to there suggestions
and the draft of a reply was approved.
ACCRINGTON STANLEY It was noted that Accrington Stanley

would remit the balance when they received
their share of the Pools money.
It was agreed that donations of £5.5.0
PANTO DAY each by sent to the Liverpool Guild of Undergrads,
APPLEGARTH DISASTER the Applegarth Disaster Dependants Fund and to
WORLD REFUGEE YEAR Lord Mayors appeal for the World Refugee Year.
