Players		Resolved Mr. Peyton's expenses be paid to Scotland to see Smith.
		Goalkeeper - Resolved the Selection Committee be authorised
		to approach Burnley Re Hillman & engage him on
		reasonable terms.
		Goalkeeper - Resolved we engage Henderson of Motherwell if
		plays satisfactory on Saturday.
		Half Back - Resolved we get Bowie of Clyde.
		Forwards - Resolved  we get Barker, McInnes & Blessington.

Florence	Resolved we enter into negotiation with Mr. Cunningham
Institute	re working a team on their Ground.

Lan Cup		Resolved the Sec. attend Lan. Association Meeting
		re Ground for Semi Final v Rovers. Sec. to have power to
		toss up with Rovers if Fallowfield not selected.

Final E. Cup	Resolved Mr. Clayton & the Sec. go to London on the 14th
		& offer our Ground to the F. Association for the final.

Accounts	Resolved Mr. Clayton be paid 14/- for Referee who
		attended on Saturday last.

Welsh Assoc.	Resolved Parry, Arridge & Jones be allowed to play
		on 12th if required.
