Campbell's	Resolved his engagement be confirmed on following terms
engagement	Bonus £10 Salary £3.10.0 per week & that he have £20
		advanced out of his wages repayable @ 20/- per week or an
		advance of £40 repayable @ 40/- per week.

Rennie		Resolved he have temporary assistance until he gets employment
		at his trade from the Club of 10/- per week & that we pay
		expences of his wife & furniture down here cost not more than £5

		Smith, Murray, Pinnel, McMillan & Elliott.

Stewart of	Resolved the Sec go to Burnley re Stewart & get all
Burnley		particulars & report there on.

Letter from	The Sec write & Say the matter as being considered as to
Combination	playing Rovers Reserve benefit of two organisations
		present feeling being to comply with same if suitable
		arrangements can be made.

Advance by	He having agreed to advance a further sum of £300 to the
Dr. Baxter	Company, free of interest, payable on demand. It is hereby
		resolved to accept such offer subject to the previous advance
		of £700 & the said £300 being secured by charge or mortgage
		debentures over the assets of the Co including the uncalled capital
