Meeting of Directors held June 6th 1902 Present B. Kelly Esq. (Chair), Messrs Bainbridge, Clayton, Coates, Davies, Kirkwood, Whitford, Wright. After discussion it was resolved that no recommendation be made from the Chair to the Shareholders at the Annual Meeting but that it be stated that the Retiring Directors had performed their duties faithfully & well.
